2. Scheduling & Access
To serve you efficiently, we ask that you provide access to your home or business at the scheduled time. If anything changes, just let us know — we’re here to work with you.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! While we recommend at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate. Just keep us in the loop whenever possible.
4. Estimates & Pricing
Approving an estimate from Vida Fresh, LLC confirms your acceptance of the quoted price for service only. It does not create a membership, subscription, or commitment to a minimum number of services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept Zelle, Venmo, checks, and card payments. If you have any questions about your invoice, we’re happy to assist.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address any concerns — your satisfaction means everything to us.
7. Liability & Respect for Your Home
We take every precaution to treat your home with care. While we are fully insured, Vida Fresh, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items not properly secured.
8. Valuables & Personal Items
For peace of mind, please store away any valuables before your scheduled cleaning. Our team is trustworthy, but this helps prevent any accidents or misunderstandings.
